On August 17, 2012, the State Water Resources Control Board enacted the Low-Threat Case Closure Policy. The policy was enacted to expedite case closure of low-threat sites, so that available fund and regulatory agencies resources can be used to clean up the highest-threat cases.
We specialize in getting a case to closure and we are always happy to talk about our success; however, our first step is to have a frank conversation regarding what case closure is and what it takes to achieve that goal. ALFA staff has over 25 years of experience in pursuing case closures, whether taking sites from discovery to closure, or picking up somewhere along the way. We believe a frank understanding of closure and what it takes to get there provides stakeholders with the information necessary to not only make short-term decisions, but also engage in moderate to long-term planning.
Let us help close your Environmental Case.
